Who's In Our Network?
When you join CYC, you'll have access to our national network of students & alumni that have diverse backgrounds and career paths. Whether you're looking to make lifelong friends or get mentorship from an experienced alum, we can connect you with the right person for you! We regularly host social and professional networking events, partnering with our 25 sister chapters and other Georgia Tech consulting clubs to allow our members to meet people within our chapter and across the nation. All members also work with a Corporate Mentor in each engagement.
Looking to explore the professional world or get another degree? Our alumni and current members have a diverse array of internship and full time experiences both within and outside of the consulting industry as well as higher education degrees. Here are just a few of the companies and universities they've gone to:

Our one-semester JBA program introduces new members to consulting while they help the community and make lifelong bonds. The program allows JBAs to work on a real client engagement in their 15-30 person JBA class and prepares JBAs to become CYC Business Analysts. We also host weekly meetings with career-prep workshops, volunteering events, technical training, networking events, socials, and more. We pair JBAs with a senior member that can provide 1 on 1 mentorship and host a CYC Buddies program for members to get additional 1 on 1 resume reviews, mock interviews, coffee chats, and more! All of our members get access to our recruitment preparation materials, alumni network database, and notifications for new career-related opportunities.

Our Junior Business Analyst Program
Our Fast Track Program
Our Fast Track program is designed for experienced students that are interested in joining CYC. New Fast Track members will onboard as Business Analysts rather than Junior Business Analysts, joining a smaller client team. Additionally, the weekly JBA meetings are optional for our Fast Track members, allowing them to choose which sessions to attend. Fast Track members also have access to the same resources and support that our JBAs have. Consider the Fast Track program if you:
-
Have interned in a consulting firm
-
Have experience in another consulting club
-
Are an upperclassman with exposure to consulting
Leadership & Development
Business Analysts
After the first semester, new members participate in our JBA or Fast Track program, members are ready to graduate to become Business Analysts (BAs). Our Business Analysts work in teams of 5 - 9, led by a Project Lead to consult a real world client. Business Analysts work closely with the client and have more ownership over their assignments. Client projects rotate on a semesterly basis, meaning our BAs can choose to work with new clients every semester, working with a different team of BAs. Our BAs maintain access to our recruitment resources and programs from the JBA program.

Client Acquisition & Success Team
Any CYC members, including new members, are welcome to join our Client Acquisition & Success Team (CAST), which is dedicated to sourcing new real-world clients and ensuring strong project outcomes. Members of CAST will pitch CYC to potential clients, scope and onboard clients, and attend monthly trainings and meetings. If you have any questions about CAST, please reach out to our VP of Client Acquisition & Success, Olivia Shim, at olivia.shim@consultyourcommunity.org

If you have any questions about Project Leaders, please reach out to our VP of Engagements, Priya Dehaney, at priya.dehaney@consultyourcommunity.org
